Application of Continuous Glucose Monitoring System Combined with Specialist Nurse Education Team for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To explore effect of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS)combined with specialist nurse education team in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with type 2 diabetes from June 1,2020 to May 31,2022 as research objects,and divided them into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases according to random number table method.Observation group was treated with continuous glucose monitoring system combined with management nursing method of specialist nurse education group,diabetes specialist nurses carried out diet,exercise and other behavioral health education according to dynamic blood sugar change trend of patients.Control group were nursed by fingertip blood glucose monitoring,and responsible nurses carried out routine diabetes education.Fasting blood glucose levels,time to reach blood glucose standards,frequency of hypoglycemic events,and satisfaction degree were observed between two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose level,blood glucose target time,and satisfaction degree of observation group were better than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of hypoglycemia between two groups after intervention(P＞0.05).Conclusion Continuous glucose monitoring system combined with specialist nurse education team can improve fasting blood glucose level,time of reaching blood glucose standard and satisfaction degree of patients with type 2 diabetes.
