Effect of Precision Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Postoperative Psychological Stress Status and Complications of Aortic Dissection Aneurysm
Objective To explore effect of precision nursing combined with psychological intervention on postoperative psychological stress status and complications of aortic dissection aneurysm.Methods The paper chose 82 postoperative patients with aortic dissection in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022,and divided them into groups with simple randomization method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with psychological intervention,while observation group with precision nursing intervention.Psychological stress status and life quality was compared before and after intervention between two groups,self-care ability was compared after intervention.Results After treatment,effective scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,psychological resilience,ESCA and SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than before treatment,those of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Precise nursing combined with psychological intervention can improve life quality and alleviate psychological stress state of patients with aortic dissection effectively.
