Nursing Effect Observation of Moderate Nursing on Children with Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets
Objective To explore nursing effect of moderate nursing on children with vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods The paper chose 68 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 as treatment subjects, and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method, with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oral vitamin D drops to maintain clean treatment environment, and observation group with moderate nursing model for nursing intervention, including moderate education, moderate medication nursing, moderate lifestyle nursing, and moderate dietary nursing. After nursing, nursing effect was compared including aspects of serum calcium and phosphorus tests, nursing satisfaction degree of parents of children and rehabilitation effect. Results There was no statistically significant difference in detection of serum phosphorus between two groups,(P>0.05).Serum calcium test result of observation group was(2.24±0.27)mmol/L,higher than(2.06±0.25)mmol/L in control group.Nursing satisfaction degree of parents in observation group was 97.06%,higher than 82.35%in control group.Total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%,higher than 76.47%in control group.Above comparison showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Moderate nursing model can improve nursing effect of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets effectively.
