Application of Collaborative Nursing Guided by CRAMS Scoring Method for Patients with Hand Injuries
Objective To explore application effect of collaborative nursing guided by CRAMS scoring method for patients with hand injuries.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with hand injuries in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and intervention group random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while intervention group with collaborative nursing guided by CRAMS scoring method.Psychological status,complications,and hand function recovery were observed and compared between two groups.Results Anxiety and depression scores of intervention group were significantly lower than control group,hand function recovery of intervention group was significantly better than control group.Incidence of complications in intervention group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing guided by the CRAMS scoring method has more significant advantages than routine nursing,can improve psychological status of hand injury patients,reduce incidence of complications,and improve hand function rehabilitation effectively,which has good application prospect.
