Effect of Continuous Based on Wechat Platform on Compliance Behavior and Life Quality of Urinary Tract calculus Patients with Postoperative Indwelling Double J Tubes
Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform for compliance behavior and life quality of urinary tract calculus patients with double J tubes after surgery.Methods The paper chose 120 urinary tract calculus patients with postoperative indwelling double J tubes in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with traditional nursing interventions,while experimental group with continuity nursing interventions based on WeChat platform.Mastery of health knowledge,life quality,compliance rate,nursing satisfaction degree,and complications were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,scores of health knowledge mastery(86.79±5.11)and life quality(87.12±5.18)in experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Compliance rate in experimental group was 98.33％,higher than 86.67％in reference group,(P＜0.05).Satisfaction degree in experimental group was 96.67％,higher than 81.67％in reference group,(P＜0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was 3.34％,lower than 16.68％in reference group,(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform can enhance understanding of health knowledge,improve life quality and compliance with medical treatment,and reduce complications of urinary tract calculus patients with postoperative indwelling double J tubes.
