Effect of Nutritional Diet Guidance on Blood Glucose Control and Nutritional Status of Pregnant Women with Diabetes
Objective To explore effect of nutritional diet guidance on blood sugar control and nutritional status of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods The paper chose 72 patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as research objects,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 36 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine diet and hypoglycemic treatment,and experimental group with nutritional diet guidance and hypoglycemic treatment.Blood glucose control,nutritional status,treatment satisfaction degree,and maternal and infant complications were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose control between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,blood glucose control in experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).Nutritional status of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction degree of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of maternal and infant complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional diet guidance and hypoglycemic therapy can better control blood sugar level of pregnant women with diabetes,avoid malnutrition,and reduce incidence of maternal and infant complications.
