Preventive Effect Research of Predictive Nursing on Adverse Reactions of Iodine Contrast Agents of Patients with CT Enhanced Scanning
Objective To explore preventive effect of predictive nursing on adverse reactions of iodine contrast agents of patients with CT enhanced scanning. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with CT enhanced scans from February 2020 to February 2021,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.40 cases were treated with routine nursing(control group)and 40 cases with predictive nursing(observation group).Comfort, incidence of extravasation and iodine allergy reactions, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between groups. Results Observation group had higher GCQ scores for comfort in all dimensions than control group(cultural, physiological, psychological, and social environment),significantly higher satisfaction degree for nursing, and lower incidence of contrast agent extravasation and iodine allergy reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in patients with CT enhanced scan can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of contrast agent, reduce examination risks, improve examination comfort, ensure smooth completion of examination, and improve nursing satisfaction degree and recognition of patients with CT enhanced scanning.
