Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Colorectal Cancer Patients
Objective To explore effect of integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction degree of colorectal cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group with random drawing method,with 35 cases per group.Reference group was treated with traditional nursing,while experimental group with integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing.Early recovery,psychological status,nursing satisfaction degree,and complications were compared between two groups.Results Recovery time of gastrointestinal function,first eating time,first out of bed time,drainage tube removal time,and length of stay of experimental group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotion scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores(33.01±7.05)and SDS scores(32.86±6.91)of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was 97.14%,higher than 77.14%in control group,(P<0.05),and incidence of complications in experimental group was 2.86%,lower than 22.86%in control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing can accelerate postoperative recovery,alleviate negative emotions,reduce incidence of complications of colorectal cancer patients,which has high nursing satisfaction degree.
