Influence of WeChat Continuous Nursing Intervention on Patients'Quality of Life and Compliance in Nursing Care of Duodenal Ulcer with Helicobacter Pylori Positive
Objective To study the effect of WeChat continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life and compliance of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive duodenal ulcer(DU).Methods 68 patients with HP positive DU admitted from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the study group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases).Both groups were treated with quadruple radical HP treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with WeChat continuous nursing intervention;Compare the quality of life(SF-36),compliance(regular follow-up,lifestyle,medication use according to doctor's advice)and HP radical cure rate of the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);The SF-36 score of the two groups after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention(P;After intervention,the SF-36 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of regular follow-up,lifestyle,compliance rate with medical advice and HP radical cure rate(P＜0.05).Conclusion WeChat continuous nursing intervention in Hp positive DU nursing has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the quality of life,compliance and Hp radical cure rate of patients.
