Effect of Four Stage Early Rehabilitation Training on Cardiopulmonary Function in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI
Objective To investigate the effect of four stage early rehabilitation training on cardiopulmonary function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the test group,38 cases/group.The control group was given traditional rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the test group was given four stage early rehabilitation training intervention. The cardiac function, pulmonary function, satisfaction rate of nursing care and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the indexes of cardiac function in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the pulmonary function of patients in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the test group was 97.37%higher than that in the control group(78.95%,P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events in the test group was 5.26%lower than that in the control group(26.31%,P<0.05).Conclusion Four stage early rehabilitation training for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can improve their cardiac function, enhance their pulmonary function, improve their satisfaction rate of nursing, and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.
