Effect Evaluation of Group Interpersonal Intervention on Coping Styles and Negative Emotions of Patients with Vitrectomy
Group interpersonal intervention was given to vitrectomy patients,and whether this mode of care affected patient coping style and adverse mood was analyzed.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with vitrectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 for study,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine psychological nursing,while study group with group interpersonal psychological nursing.Both groups was treated with 12 weeks of intervention.Psychological resilience,coping strategies,and negative emotions were compared between two groups.Results Psychological resilience scores of reference group were lower than study group(P<0.05).Coping style scores of reference group were higher than study group(P<0.05).Negative emotion scores of reference group were higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group interpersonal intervention for patients after vitrectomy can improve the psychological resilience of patients,face the disease with an optimistic attitude,improve the degree of cooperation in treatment,and finally improve the bad psychology of patients.
