Effect of Multidimensional Psychological Intervention for Self Efficacy,Disease Benefit and Life Quality for Decompensated Cirrhosis Patients during Nursing
Objective To study effect of multidimensional psychological intervention for self efficacy,disease benefit,and life quality of decompensated cirrhosis patients during nursing.Methods The paper chose 80 decompensated cirrhosis patients from June 2021 to June 2022 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while study group with multidimensional psychological intervention.Self(GSES)scores,disease benefit(BFS)scores,life quality(GQOL-74)scores,anxiety(SAS)scores,and depression scores(SDS)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in GSES scores,BFS scores,GQOL-74 scores,SAS scores,and SDS scores between two groups,(P>0.05).After intervention,GSES scores,BFS scores,and GQOL-74 scores of two groups were higher than before intervention,while SAS scores and SDS scores were lower than before intervention,with significant difference,(P<0.05).After intervention,GSES scores,BFS scores,and GQOL-74 scores of study group were higher than control group,while SAS scores and SDS scores were lower than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional psychological intervention can achieve significant effect during nursing of decompensated cirrhosis,can enhance self efficacy and sense of disease benefit effectively,reduce negative emotions,and improve life quality of patients.
