Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Compliance Behavior,Self-Care Ability,and Life Quality of Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To analyze and explore effect of evidence-based nursing on compliance behavior,self-care ability,and life quality of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure comprehensively.Methods Successfully discharged from our hospital between May 2021 and May 2022.A total of 60 cases were selected and sorted according to the admission time,and then randomly selected until the end of the selection.All of them were included in the observation and control groups.Among them,30 cases in the control group implemented routine care,and the data before and after nursing were recorded.Of the 30 cases in the observation group implemented evidence-based care,various data before and after care were also recorded.Finally,the data of the two groups were processed to determine the overall prognosis of the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the data of the two groups were not comparable,but comparable after nursing.Moreover,compared with the control group,the observation group was better in both medical compliance behavior,self-care ability and quality of life.(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can achieve better effect for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,can improve compliance behavior,enhance self-care level and life quality of patients by targeted measures,which is an effective nursing intervention model and worthy of widespread clinical application.
