Application Effect Analysis of Process Quality Control Based on Warning Concept for Continuous Blood Purification Patients in ICU
Objective To explore effect of process quality control based on early warning concept for patients with continuous blood purification(CBP)in ICU.Methods The paper chose 50 CBP patients in ICU of our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method, with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine intervention, while observation group with combined process quality control based on early warning concept on the basis of control group.Frequency of alarms and treatment duration, incidence of filter clotting, complications and off machine situation were observed between two groups. Results Frequency of alarms in observation group was lower than control group, treatment duration was longer than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of filter clotting between two groups at 0-7 hours(P>0.05).Incidence of filter clotting in observation group was lower than control group at 8-23 hours and>24 hours(P<0.05).Incidence of complications was 16.00%,lower than 44.00%in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of unplanned off machine in observation group was 24.00%,lower than 52.00%in control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Process quality control based on early warning concept can reduce number of alarms during treatment of CBP patients in ICU,reduce incidence of adverse events and complications, unplanned off machine situation, and prolong treatment time.
