Effect of Empathetic Nursing on Psychological Resilience and Life Quality of Liver Failure Patients with Artificial Liver Treatment
Objective To explore effect of empathetic nursing on psychological resilience and life quality of liver failure patients with artificial liver treatment. Methods The paper chose 54 liver failure patients treated with artificial liver in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group with random envelope grouping method, with 27 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with traditional nursing, while experimental group with empathetic nursing.Psychological resilience, life quality, compliance behavior, and adverse events were compared between two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological resilience and life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, psychological resilience(86.74±6.25)and life quality(42.35±3.61)scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Compliance rate in experimental group was 96.30%,higher than 70.37%in reference group,(P<0.05).Compliance rate in experimental group was 96.30%,higher than 70.37%in reference group,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in experimental group was 3.70%,significantly lower than 29.63%in reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathetic nursing can improve psychological resilience, life quality, compliance rate, and reduce adverse events incidence of liver failure patients with artificial liver treatment.
