Application Effect of Evidence Based Practice Plan for Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients with Swallowing Disorders
Objective To explore construction and application effect of evidence-based nursing practice plan for stroke dysphagia rehabilitation. Methods The paper chose 90 stroke patients in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 as study subjects, and divided them into control group and experimental group with odd even number allocation method, with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional nursing, while experimental group with evidence-based rehabilitation nursing plan.Changes in nursing quality, swallowing function improvement efficiency, and life quality were observed and compared between two groups. Results Nursing quality of experimental group was significantly better than control group, effective rate of swallowing function improvement in experimental group was significantly better than control group, and life quality scores in experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Construction and application of an evidence-based nursing practice plan can effectively improve swallowing function, enhance life quality and nursing quality of stroke patients with swallowing disorders, strengthen professional skills of nurses, and provide assurance for quality of clinical nursing.
