Effect of Online Platform Assisted Health Education Application for Infertile Patients
Objective To explore effect of online platform assisted health education for infertile patients.Methods The paper chose 101 infertile patients with assisted reproductive therapy in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 as study subjects,and randomly divided them into control group of 50 cases,treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group of 51 cases,with health education and nursing based on online platforms on the basis of control group.Psychological emotions,lifestyle,disease awareness,and treatment compliance were observed between two groups.Results After completion of the 3-month follow-up,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased compared to the preintervention period,and the observation group decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the assessment scores of the two groups in terms of diet,understanding of their constitution,eating habits and pace of life also declined,and the observation group also declined more than that of the control group.However,the emphasis on exercise increased,and the observation group scored higher in this area than the control group(P<0.05).CFKS scores increased in both groups,but the increase was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In respect of treatment compliance,the observation group also showed a higher level than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of online platforms and health education can improve psychological emotions of infertile patients significantly,increase disease awareness,and change unhealthy lifestyles,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
