摘要

目的 探讨三角函数结合超声定位用于维持性血液透析自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)穿刺的价值.方法 选取2023年1-6月在本院进行维持性血液透析AVF的50例患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25例.对照组采用传统内瘘穿刺法,观察组采用三角函数结合超声定位法.比较两组一次性穿刺成功率及穿刺疼痛评分、穿刺不良事件发生率和透析充分性.结果 观察组一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组、穿刺疼痛值显著低于对照组,观察组穿刺不良事件发生率较对照组显著下降,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 三角函数结合超声定位用于维持性血液透析AVF穿刺能够提高一次性穿刺的成功率,降低穿刺疼痛值与穿刺不良事件发生率,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore value of trigonometric function combined with ultrasound localization for puncture of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)of maintenance hemodialysis.Methods The paper chose 50 AVF patients with underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method.Control group was treated with traditional fistula puncture method(25 cases),while observation group with trigonometric function combined with ultrasound localization(25 cases).Success rate of one-time puncture,puncture pain scores,incidence of puncture adverse events and dialysis adequacy(Kt/V value)were compared between two groups.Results Success rate of one puncture in observation group(99.3%)was significantly higher than control group(89.4%),and the puncture pain value was significantly lower than control group.Incidence of adverse puncture events in observation group was significantly lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of trigonometric function and ultrasound localization can improve success rate of one-time puncture,reduce puncture pain and incidence of puncture adverse events of patients with maintenance hemodialysis AVF puncture,which is worthy of promotion.
