Value Analysis of Trigonometric Function Combined with Ultrasound Localization for Maintenance Hemodialysis Autologous Arteriovenous Fistula Puncture
Objective To explore value of trigonometric function combined with ultrasound localization for puncture of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)of maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The paper chose 50 AVF patients with underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method.Control group was treated with traditional fistula puncture method(25 cases),while observation group with trigonometric function combined with ultrasound localization(25 cases).Success rate of one-time puncture, puncture pain scores, incidence of puncture adverse events and dialysis adequacy(Kt/V value)were compared between two groups. Results Success rate of one puncture in observation group(99.3%)was significantly higher than control group(89.4%),and the puncture pain value was significantly lower than control group.Incidence of adverse puncture events in observation group was significantly lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of trigonometric function and ultrasound localization can improve success rate of one-time puncture, reduce puncture pain and incidence of puncture adverse events of patients with maintenance hemodialysis AVF puncture, which is worthy of promotion.
