Multislice Spiral CT Manifestations and Related Risk Factors Analysis of Cerebral Infarction Hemorrhage Transformation
Objective To study multislice spiral CT manifestations of cerebral infarction bleeding transformation and analyze related risk factors of bleeding transformation.Methods The paper chose 97 patients with cerebral infarction in Liupanshui City People's Hospital from October 2021 to June 2023,treated with multi slice spiral CT examination.Diagnostic effect,imaging manifestations,and risk factors for cerebral infarction hemorrhage transformation were analyzed.Results Diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT during the transformation of cerebral infarction hemorrhage was 86.96%,86.49%,86.60%,66.67%,and 95.52%respectively.There was no significant difference in gender,BMI,ischemia-reperfusion time,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,stroke history and smoking constituent ratio between cerebral infarction hemorrhage group and non hemorrhage transformation group(P>0.05),there was significant difference in age,NIHSS scores and infarct area between two groups(P<0.05).Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed,age,NIHSS scores,and infarct area were risk factors of cerebral infarction bleeding transformation(P<0.05).Patients over 60,NIHSS scores≥21 points,and infarct area≥40mm2 could increase risks of cerebral infarction bleeding transformation.Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT can achieve high diagnostic effect in transformation of cerebral infarction hemorrhage,can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction hemorrhage transformation.Age,NIHSS and infarct area are risk factors for cerebral infarction hemorrhage transformation.
