摘要

目的 分析胎儿系统超声检查在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值.方法 将2022年3月—2023年2月在本院接受胎儿系统超声检查的孕妇纳入分析组(n=1353);将2020年2月—2021年2月接受常规产科超声检查的孕妇纳入参比组(n=1400).比较不同检查方式下畸形的检出情况.结果 胎儿系统超声检查在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的准确率较常规超声检出方式高,且漏诊率更低(P<0.05).结论 胎儿系统超声检查相较于常规超声检查对胎儿畸形的检出率更高,可推广.

Abstract

Objective To analyze application value of fetal system ultrasound examination in prenatal fetal malformation screening.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed from pregnant women with fetal system ultrasound examination in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 as analysis group(treated with fetal system ultrasound examination,n=1353),and chose pregnant women with routine obstetric ultrasound examination from February 2020 to February 2021 as control group(with routine ultrasound examination,n=1400).Detection of deformities under different detection methods was compared.Results Accuracy of fetal system ultrasound examination in prenatal fetal malformation screening was higher than routine ultrasound detection methods,with lower missed diagnosis rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Fetal system ultrasound examination can achieve higher detection rate for fetal abnormalities than routine ultrasound examination,which can be promoted.
