Under backgroud of development of smart traditional Chinese medicine,promoting development of smart traditional Chinese medicine and empowering it for high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals can transform current development status of grassroots public hospitals effectively,make development methods of grassroots public hospitals more diversified,and enhance scientificity and effect of the development.The article mainly studied current situation of development of grassroots public hospitals,discussed value of smart Chinese medicine in enabling high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals from the perspective of smart Chinese medicine,and explored effective practical strategies in combination with high-quality development model of grassroots public hospitals,to truly highlight effect of smart Chinese medicine,establish the Internet plus+smart Chinese medicine model and promot upgrading and transformation of smart Chinese medicine,and achieve realistic goal of high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals.
