Application of Multimodal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma
Objective To analyze application value of multimodal ultrasound in diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The paper chose 319 suspected patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in our hospital from March 26,2020 to December 15,2021 as study subjects, diagnosed with multimodal ultrasound technology with gold standard of pathological examination results.Diagnostic results of papillary thyroid carcinoma patients after multimodal ultrasound technology and pathological examination were analyzed and summarized. Results Sensitivity of multifunctional ultrasound diagnosis was 98.81%(166/168),specificity was 98.01%(148/151),and accuracy was 98.43%(314/319).Acquisition time of multifunctional ultrasound technology was significantly shorter than pathological examination, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Difference between accuracy of multifunctional ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination results was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multimodal ultrasound technology can reduce results obtaining time, probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer patients effectively, with high clinical diagnostic value, which is worthy of promotion and application.
