多模式超声在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的应用

目的 分析多模式超声在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取本院2020年3月26日—2021年12月15日收治的319例疑似为甲状腺乳头状癌患者作为研究对象,对所有受检者采用多模式超声技术进行诊断,以病理学检查结果为金标准,在完成多模式超声技术和病理学检查后对患者的诊断结果进行分析。结果 多模式超声诊断的灵敏度为98。81%(166/168),特异度为98。01%(148/151),准确度为98。43%(314/319);多模式超声技术的获取结果时间明显短于病理学检查,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0。05);多模式超声诊断结果准确度与病理学检查结果准确度的对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 将多模式超声技术应用在甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床诊断中,可有效减少获取结果时间,降低误诊和漏诊概率,有较高的临床诊断价值,值得推广和应用。
Application of Multimodal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma
Objective To analyze application value of multimodal ultrasound in diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods The paper chose 319 suspected patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in our hospital from March 26,2020 to December 15,2021 as study subjects,diagnosed with multimodal ultrasound technology with gold standard of pathological examination results.Diagnostic results of papillary thyroid carcinoma patients after multimodal ultrasound technology and pathological examination were analyzed and summarized.Results Sensitivity of multifunctional ultrasound diagnosis was 98.81%(166/168),specificity was 98.01%(148/151),and accuracy was 98.43%(314/319).Acquisition time of multifunctional ultrasound technology was significantly shorter than pathological examination,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Difference between accuracy of multifunctional ultrasound diagnosis and pathological examination results was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multimodal ultrasound technology can reduce results obtaining time,probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer patients effectively,with high clinical diagnostic value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
