Objective To analyze effect of TCM treatment of soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing the heart and calming the mind for cardiac neurosis.Methods The paper chose 36 patients from January 2021 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,18 cases in each group,treated with routine Western medicine treatment,soothing liver and relieving depression,and clearing heart and calming mind treatment.Curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were observed and compared before and after treatment,application value of different methods was clarified.Results Curative effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),and compliance rate of medication in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heart-fire and calming mind method can achieve good curative effect and improve clinical symptoms.
