Clinical Effect Analysis of Analgetic Powder for Subsiding a Swelling for Falls and Injuries
Objective To observe clinical effect of analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling in treatment of patients with falls and injuries.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with traumatic injuries hospitalized in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2023 as observation subjects,and evenly divided them into experimental group and control group according to random grouping principle,with 30 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling,while control group with ibuprofen tablets.Curative effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)between two groups was compared,degree of pain was analyzed before and after treatment.Results After corresponding drug treatments,total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).VAS scores in experimental group were lower than control group,with significant comparability between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling can effectively alleviate physical pain and achieve good curative effect for patients with falls and injuries,which can be applied in medical clinical practice to bring benefits to patients.
