目的 探讨心室晚电位(ventricular late potential，VLP)在急性冠脉综合征临床疗效评估中的应用价值。方法 选择2021年10月—2023年4月本院接收的89例急性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象，按照病症分为不稳定心绞痛组(28例)、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死组(30例)、ST段抬高型心肌梗死组(31例)，对所有患者实施VLP检测，记录患者指标变化，观察不同组别患者VLP阳性率差异，研讨不同组别患者心室晚电位检测结果对不良心血管事件预测的准确率，对比不同组别VLP阳性检出率。结果 本次研究中，不稳定心绞痛患者的VLP阳性检出率3。57%(1/28)，非ST段抬高型心肌梗死VLP阳性检出率为10%(3/30)，ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者VLP阳性检出率为38。70%(12/31);VLP预测发生急性不良心血管事件的敏感性和特异性分别为44。44%和85。00%，预测符合率为25。00%。结论 急性冠脉综合征患者实施VLP预后诊断，对高危型阳性诊断率较高，可预测急性冠脉综合征，值得推广。
Application Value Analysis of Ventricular Late Potential in Clinical Effect Evaluation of Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective To explore application value of ventricular late potential(VLP)in clinical effect evaluation of acute coronary syndrome.Methods The paper chose 89 patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from October 2021 to April 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into three groups according to their symptoms:28 cases with unstable angina pectoris,30 cases with non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,and 31 cases with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Changes of indicators were collected after VLP testing,difference in VLP positivity rates was observed for different groups,results of ventricular late potential testing in different groups were discussed to predict accuracy of adverse cardiovascular events.VLP positivity detection rates in different groups was compared.Results VLP positive detection rate of unstable angina patients was 3.57%(1/28),that of non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients was 10%(3/30),that of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients was 38.70%(12/31).Sensitivity and specificity of VLP in predicting acute adverse cardiovascular events was 44.44%and 85.00%respectively,with prediction accuracy of 25.00%.Conclusion VLP prognosis diagnosis can achieve high positive diagnosis rate for acute coronary syndrome patients of high-risk types,can predict acute coronary syndrome,which is worth promoting.
