Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic Tissue Gel Injection for High-Risk Peptic Ulcer Bleeding
Objective To explore clinical analysis of endoscopic tissue gel injection in treatment of high-risk peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods The paper chose 60 high-risk patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in gastroenterology department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with endoscopic injection of 1:10000 adrenaline, while observation group with endoscopic injection of tissue glue.Hemostatic effect,one-time success rate, rebleeding rate, complications, and various treatment indicators were compared between two groups. Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).One-time success rate between two groups was comparable(P>0.05),observation group had lower rate of rebleeding and complications than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter hemostasis time, disappearance time of abdominal pain, recovery of gastrointestinal function, and length of stay than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic tissue gel injection can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of high-risk peptic ulcer bleeding, with complete hemostasis, high one-time success rate, low rebleeding rate and good safety, whicn can shortern hemostasis and treatment time significantly.
