Effect and Safety Analysis of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To observe effect and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from July 2027 to July 2023,and divided them into groups with touching ball method,and treated with different clinical treatment methods.Difference in nursing treatment was compared between groups.30 cases were included in both control group and observation group,corresponding nursing plans were aspirin treatment and clopidogrel treatment.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher,with P<0.05.Cognitive function and coagulation function indicators were evaluated between two groups before and after treatment.There was little difference between groups before treatment,and the MMSE scores in all dimensions after treatment in observation group were higher.Coagulation function indicators had more advantages in observation group,with P<0.05.Incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was statistically analyzed.Difference in statistical values between observation group and control group was 10.00%and 6.67%respectively,which was relatively small.Safety of medication between the groups was comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of aspirin and clopidogrel can achieve significant effect for patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,can improve cognitive function and coagulation function indicators of patients,and ensure safety of treatment effectively.
