Effect of Modified Tonifying Middle-Jiao and Benefiting Qi Decoction on Immune Function and Tumor Markers of Chemotherapy Patients of Lung Spleen Deficiency Type with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective To analyze effect of modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi decoction for chemotherapy patients of lung qi deficiency type with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The paper chose 120 non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with lung spleen deficiency type in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,60 cases in control group were treated with standard chemotherapy,60 cases in observation group with modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi based on control group.Recent effect,immune function,and tumor marker levels were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher recent effective rate than control group,difference showed research value(P<0.05).After treatment,indicators of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than control group.CD8+was lower than control group,while carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen-199(CA199),and human cytokeratin 21-1 fragment(CYFRA21)was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi decoction can achieve good short-term effect in treatment of lung spleen qi deficiency type NSCLC,can improve immune function and reduce levels of tumor markers significantly.
