三氧化聚合物和氢氧化钙用于年轻恒牙活髓切断治疗中的临床效果对比

目的 对比分析在年轻恒牙活髓切断治疗中应用三氧化聚合物与氢氧化钙的效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年6月在本院接受治疗的行年轻恒牙活髓切断患者60例,采用随机数分组法均分为参照组和试验组,参照组选择氢氧化钙作为糊剂,试验组选择三氧化聚合物作为糊剂。对比两组患者临床疗效及牙周指数。结果 试验组活髓切断治疗成功率在预后各个阶段均优于参照组,PLI、GI、SBI指数均低于参照组(P<0。05),组间差异有统计学意义。结论 三氧化聚合物应用于年轻恒牙活髓切断治疗中相比于氢氧化钙临床疗效更显著,可有效改善牙周指标,值得应用。
Clinical Effect Comparative Analysis of Polymer Trioxide and Calcium Hydroxide in Treatment of Young Permanent Teeth with Pulpotomy
Objective To explore and compare effect of polymer trioxide and calcium hydroxide in treatment of young permanent teeth with pulpotomy.Methods Research period:from May 2021 to June 2022;research subjects:60 young permanent tooth pulp amputation patients in our hospital;Grouping methods:random number grouping method.Patients with calcium hydroxide as paste were defined as reference group,while those with trioxide polymer as paste as experimental group,30 cases in each group.Clinical effect and periodontal index was compared between two groups.Results Success rate of pulpotomy treatment in experimental group was better than control group at all stages of prognosis,the PLI,GI,and SBI indices were lower than control group,values were statistically significant between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Polymer trioxide can achieve more significant clinical effect for young permanent teeth with pulpotomy than calcium hydroxide,can improve periodontal indicators effectively,which is worthy of application.
