Expression and Clinical Significance of P16,Ki67,and EGFR of Cervical Cancer
Objective To study expression and clinical significance of p16,Ki67,and EFGR of cervical cancer. Methods The paper chose 70 cervical cancer patients in Changzhou City Cancer Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023,treated with immunohistochemical staining to detect expression of p16,Ki67,and EFGR,analyzed clinical significance. Results Among the 70 cases, calculation showed, positive expression rate of p16 index was 48.6%,positive expression rate of Ki67 index was 67.1%,positive expression rate of EFGR index was 81.4%.Expression of p16,Ki67,and EFGR of cervical cancer patients was closely related to pathological grading information, clinical staging information, and lymph node metastasis information(P<0.05).Conclusion Expression characteristics of p16,Ki67,and EFGR of cervical cancer patients in clinical practice are closely related to progression and long-term prognosis of the tumor, the positive expression level characteristics are strongly correlated with pathological grading, clinical staging, and lymph node metastasis in the body.
