Objective To explore effect of traditional Chinese medicine scraping combined with moxibustion on rehabilitation and life quality of cerebral infarction patients in recovery period.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine scraping therapy,while observation group with traditional Chinese medicine scraping therapy combined with moxibustion.Rehabilitation effect,hemorheological indicators,and life quality were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Comparison results of hemorheological indicators between groups after treatment showed observation group had greater decrease in all aspects and lower blood viscosity(P<0.05).After treatment,QOL-BRIEF scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine scraping and moxibustion has significant rehabilitation effect on cerebral infarction in recovery period,can reduce blood viscosity,alleviate inflammatory reactions,promote repair of damaged nerve function,and improve life quality effectively.
