Objective To observe clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy in treatment of dizziness of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with traumatic brain injury in neurology department of Meizhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,one group was treated with basic western medicine treatment and the other with traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy,with 30 cases in each group,including control group and observation group,with treatment course of one week.Relief of dizziness symptoms of patients was observed and compared before and after treatment.Results Clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Life quality of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy can improve dizziness symptoms,enhance satisfaction degree,and improve life quality of patients with dizziness after traumatic brain injury,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
