Clinical Effect and Blood Gas Indicators Study of Non-Invasive Ventilation Therapy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients Complicated with Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore clinical effect and blood gas indicators of non-invasive ventilation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients complicated with respiratory failure.Methods The paper chose 60 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group/30(with routine treatment)and experimental group/30(with routine+non-invasive ventilation treatment)randomly.Statistical comparison:(1)Lung function indicators;(2)Blood gas analysis indicators;(3)Clinical symptom improvement time;(4)Incidence of adverse events.Results After treatment,experimental group had clearer improvement in various research values than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilation treatment method can achiev good curative effect for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients complicated with respiratory failure,and improve clinical symptoms,optimize lung function and blood gas indicators actively with clear effect,which has clinical promotion and application value.
