Improvement of Fracture Healing Time and Hip Joint Function by Aminimally Invasive Reduction Technique for Subtrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive reduction on fracture healing in patients with subtrochanteric femoral fractures. Methods A total of 74 patients were divided into a research group(n=39)and a reference group(n=35),the patients in the research group received minimally invasive reduction technology.A comparative analysis was conducted on the outcomes of the two groups of patients, such as surgical status complication rate and treatment effectiveness. Results Hip joints of patients in the study group The joint function score of the fracture healing in the early stage was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the patients in the reference group, the operation time of the patients in the study group was longer and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was greater, but the hospitalization and The fracture healing time was shorter, and statistical comparison analysis was meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive reduction technology can significantly improve fracture healing time and joint function in patients with subtrochanteric fractures, speed up patient recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and can be promoted and applied clinically.
