Objective To explore application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with lumbar compression fractures.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures in orthopedics department of our hospital in 2022 as study subjects(included in observation group,treated with comprehensive nursing),and 30 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures in orthopedics department of our hospital in 2021 as reference group(included in control group,treated with routine nursing).Comparison:(1)Psychological emotions.(2)Incidence of complications.(3)Rehabilitation effect.Result(1)After nursing,observation group had lower HAMA and HAMD scores(P<0.05).(2)Incidence of complications was lower in observation group(P<0.05).(3)Rehabilitation effect:observation group had higher anterior vertebral height and lower Cobb angle after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve psychological state,reduce complications incidence,promote rehabilitation during nursing of lumbar vertebral compression fractures,which is worth promoting.
