Effect of Individualized Nutrition Nursing and Psychological Nursing on Blood Lipids,Complications and Satisfaction Degree of Pregnant Women with Diabetes
Objective To explore effect of individualized nutritional nursing combined with psychological nursing on pregnant diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 112 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 as key population of study,and divided them into two groups control group(n=56)and observation group(n=56),treated with routine nursing,individualized nutrition and psychological nursing respectively.Blood lipids,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve blood lipid level of pregnant diabetes patients,reduce complications,and improve nursing satisfaction degree effectively,which is worth promoting.
