Preventive Nursing Analysis of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis after Gynecological Pelvic Surgery
Objective To analyze effect of preventive nursing measures on lower limb deep vein thrombosis after gynecological pelvic surgery in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly with double-blind method.60 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 60 cases in observation group with preventive nursing mode.Two nursing methods were compared,indicators of incidence of deep vein thrombosis and edema in lower limbs,postoperative life quality indicators,and postoperative clinical indicators were observed.Results Observation group had significantly shorter first bowel movement time,first exhaust time,first ambulation time,and length of stay.Life quality indicators in observation group had significantly better performance.Incidence of deep vein thrombosis and edema in lower limbs in observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing measures can achieve good application effect on patients after gynecological pelvic surgery,can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs and improve postoperative life quality of patients significantly in clinical practice.
