Effect Study of Nursing Intervention Model Based on Adaptive Leadership Theory on Self Injury Behavior of Adolescent NSSI Patients in Psychiatric Department
Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention models based on adaptive leadership theory on self injury behavior of adolescent NSSI patients in psychiatric department.Methods The paper chose 80 adolescent NSSI patients in psychiatric department of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(40 cases,treated with routine psychiatric nursing)and observation group(40 cases,treated with nursing intervention model based on adaptive leadership theory)randomly.Nursing effect was analyzed between two groups.Results QSI and GAD-7 scores of observation group after nursing were lower than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,self-effect of two groups improved,observation group scoresd higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention model based on adaptive leadership theory can achieve ideal effect on adolescent NSSI patients in psychiatric department,can alleviate anxiety and depression,reduce self harm behavior,enhance self-effect of patients significantly,which has high feasibility for promotion.
