多元化宣教对初产妇孕期心理自我管理的影响

目的 探讨多元化宣教对初产妇孕期心理自我管理的影响。方法 选取2022年8月—2023年4月在本院建卡的62例初产妇为调查对象,按照不同宣教方式将其分为对照组(n=32)和干预组(n=30)。对照组采取常规宣教,干预组在常规健康教育的模式上进行线上多元化宣教,对比分析两组研究对象的孕期心理变化及其对孕期自我管理的影响。结果 在孕中期,干预组与对照组在焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我管理方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);干预组孕晚期SAS、SDS得分低于对照组,干预组孕晚期自我保健管理得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 多元化宣教能够降低初产妇孕晚期焦虑和抑郁程度,提高初产妇孕晚期的自我管理水平,可以在临床上推广运用。
Study on Diversified Education on Psychological Self-Management of Primiparous Women During Pregnancy
Objective To explore effect of diversified education on psychological self-management of primiparous women during pregnancy.Methods The paper chose 62 primiparous women in our hospital from August 2022 to April 2023 as survey subjects,and divided them into control group(n=32)and intervention group(n=30)according to different education methods.Control group was treated with routine education,while intervention group with online diversified education on the basis of routine health education.Psychological changes and self-management were compared and analyzed between two groups of study subjects during pregnancy.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS,SDS,and self-management between intervention group and control group during mid pregnancy(P>0.05).SAS and SDS scores of intervention group during late pregnancy were lower than control group,while self-care management scores of intervention group during late pregnancy were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified education can reduce anxiety and depression level of primiparous women during late pregnancy,improve self-management level,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
