Effect Exploration of Refined Management in Prevention of Vaccination Adverse Reactions
Objective To explore effect of refined management on adverse reactions during vaccination.Methods The paper chose 108 vaccinated children in our center from January 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine management,while study group with refined management.Vaccination situation,adverse reaction rate,and satisfaction degree was explored between two different nursing methods during process of preventive vaccination.Results Timely vaccination rate of study group was higher than control group,incidence of disputes was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in study group with nursing service treatment was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening refined management can effectively improve timely vaccination rate,nursing satisfaction degree,reduce incidence of disputes and adverse reactions during children's vaccination process,which is worthy of clinical attention.
