Application of Rational Drug Classification and Drug Supervision System in Management of Western Pharmacy
Objective To explore application of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in management of western pharmacy of hospitals.Methods The paper chose 356 patients with western pharmacy services in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 as study subjects.Those treated with routine management system in western pharmacy from July to December 2020 were included in routine group(n=178),those treated with services from January to July 2021 were included in study group(n=178),with reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system in western pharmacy.Situation of staff errors(distribution errors,configuration errors,registration errors,classification errors)and satisfaction degree of patients was compared between two groups.Results Total incidence of errors of medical staff in study group was lower than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system can manage work of Western pharmacies,reduce incidents of drug distribution errors,ensure medication safety,and increase satisfaction degree of patients.
