Effect of Perinatal Health Care Plan Combined with Psychological Intervention on Maternal and Infant Outcomes of Women with Premature Rupture of Membranes and Lower Reproductive Tract Infections
Objective To analyzed clinical value of perinatal health care plans and combined psychological interventions for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and lower reproductive tract infections based on analysis of maternal and infant outcomes.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with premature rupture of membranes and lower reproductive tract infection in our hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 for group study.Control group consisted of 50 patients was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group consisted of 50 patients with corresponding psychological nursing intervention based on comprehensive perinatal health plan.Key indicator parameters were analyzed between two groups,clinical application value of perinatal health plan and combined psychological intervention was clarified.Results Incidence of various neonatal complications and cesarean section rate in study group was lower,gestational age and gestational age was longer,and health status of newborns and psychological status of mothers were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Perinatal health support and psychological intervention can optimize maternal and infant outcomes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and lower reproductive tract infections,with smooth newborn delivery,fewer adverse issues and better psychological conditions,which lays a good foundation for subsequent recovery.
