Research on the Influence of Group Training on Language Ability and Social Ability of Children with Language Retardation
Objective To study and analyze effect of group training on language and social abilities of children with delayed language development.Methods The paper chose 80 children with delayed language development diagnosed and treated from January to December 2023,and divided them into two groups evenly with digital random table method.40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with one-on-one language training,and experimental group with group training.Both groups were treated with sensory integration,acupuncture and moxibustion and electrical stimulation.Improvement of language and social skills was compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in language and social skills scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,language and social skills scores in two groups were higher than before intervention,experimental group had higher scores,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Group training can achieve significant effect on children with delayed language development,with positive effect on improving language and social abilities,which can help promote healthy growth of children.
