Effect Exploration of Bundled Nursing Intervention for Lumbar Disc Herniation Nucleus Pulposus Removal under Intervertebral Foramen Endoscopy
Objective To analyze clinical effect of bundled nursing intervention in removal of lumbar disc herniation nucleus pulposus under intervertebral foramen endoscopy. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation and nucleus pulposus removal under intervertebral foramen endoscopy in University of South China the Second Affiliated Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with bundled nursing.Clinical indicators, effect scores of lower back pain, and lumbar spine function were compared. Results Observation group had shorter bed rest time, hospital stay, and rehabilitation training time than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,JOA scores of observation group were higher than control group, and ODI scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundled nursing can achieve significant effect, can shorten bed rest time, hospital stay, and rehabilitation training time of patients with lumbar disc herniation nucleus pulposus removal under intervertebral foramen endoscopy, can improve lumbar function of patients and provide strong support for rehabilitation significantly.
