Effect of Acupoint Application and Massage Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Reactions and Sleep Disorders of Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients
Objective To explore and analyze effect of acupoint application and massage nursing intervention on gastrointestinal reactions and sleep disorders of lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods The paper chose 90 lung cancer chemotherapy patients in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023,and divided them into control group(treated with routine nursing intervention,n=45 cases)and observation group(with acupoint application combined with massage nursing intervention,n=45 cases)randomly.Clinical intervention effect between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,effective rate of gastrointestinal reactions,psychological function scores,physical function scores,material function scores,and social function scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,observation group had lower scores in terms of sleep onset time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime function,and sleep time than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and massage nursing intervention can alleviate gastrointestinal reactions of lung cancer chemotherapy patients,improve their sleep disorders,and enhance life quality,which is worth recommending.
