摘要

随着医疗服务的不断完善和人们健康意识的提升,医院志愿者的角色和作用逐渐受到重视.本文探讨了如何创新医院志愿者管理和服务,以提升服务质量和效果.通过分析现有的医院志愿者管理模式和服务方式,结合社会需求和发展趋势,提出了一些创新思考和建议,旨在为医院志愿者工作的改进和优化提供参考.

Abstract

with continuous improvement of medical services and increase of health awareness of people,effect and role of hospital volunteers has been gradually valued.The paper explores how to innovate hospital volunteer management and services with research object of hospital volunteer management and services to improve service quality and effectiveness.It analyzes existing management and service models of hospital volunteers,proposes some innovative ideas and suggestions combined with social needs and development trends,to provide reference for improvement and optimization of hospital volunteer work.
