Effect of Quantitative Evaluation Model Combined with Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgical Concept Nursing for Elderly Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective To explore effect of quantitative evaluation model combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept nursing for elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 120 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 as research subjects, and divided them into advanced age group 1 and advanced age group 2 randomly, with 60 cases in each group.Elderly group 2 was names as experimental group, while elderly group 1 as parallel control group.Elderly group 1 was treated with routine nursing intervention, and elderly group 1 with quantitative evaluation mode combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing concept intervention.Incidence of complications including incision infection, bile fistula, and subcutaneous emphysema was observed between aged 1 and aged 2 group.Postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, and length of stay, postoperative life quality scores was observed between two groups. Results Statistical analysis found, incidence of complications in elderly group 1 was significantly higher than elderly group 2(15%>3.33%,P<0.05),with significant difference.Postoperative life quality scale scores of elderly group 2 patients were significantly higher than elderly group 1,with P<0.05,difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Quantitative evaluation model combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept plays an important role in nursing for elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, can reduce incidence of postoperative complications, shorten hospital stay, improvepostoperative recovery and life quality of patients after surgery.
