实施中药质量规范化管理的效果及满意度评价

目的 评估在中药房中实施中药质量规范化管理的效果以及患者对中药房服务的满意度。方法 将2020年1月—2021年12月在本院中药房取药的600例患者分为对照组(300例)和观察组(300例),对比两组各项观察指标水平。结果 与对照组相比,观察组对中药房的服务满意度、药材质量评分、药房环境评分、调剂准确率均明显升高,而退药率则明显下降,药材调剂时间和患者等待时间明显缩短(P<0。05)。结论 中药房实施中药质量规范化管理能够显著提高药房管理质量和患者的满意度,降低药物管理和调剂错误。
Effect and Satisfaction Degree Evaluation of TCM Standardized Quality Management in Management of TCM Pharmacy
Objective To analyze effect of TCM standardized management in management process of TCM pharmacy and satisfaction degree of patients with TCM pharmacy services.Methods The paper chose 600 patients taking medication in TCM pharmacy of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into control group(300 cases)and observation group(300 cases).Levels of various observation indicators were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had more significant increase in satisfaction degree with services of TCM pharmacy,quality scores for medicinal herbs,pharmacy environment scores,and accuracy of dispensing than control group,while withdrawal rate decreased significantly.Dispensing time for medicinal herbs and waiting time was significantly shorter than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine quality in TCM medicine pharmacy can improve quality of pharmacy management and satisfaction degree of patients significantly,and reduce errors in drug management and dispensing.
