多元化健康教育在晚期癌症患者中的应用价值分析

目的 探究晚期癌症患者接受多元化健康教育的效果。方法 选取南阳医学高等专科学校附属医院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的80例晚期癌症患者,利用随机数字表法将其划分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取多元化健康教育模式。观察两组的自我感受负担、生活质量及心理状态。结果 观察组自我感受负担、心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0。05)、观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 多元化健康教育应用于晚期癌症患者能显著提高其生活质量,对焦虑抑郁不良情绪和自我感受负担也可以起到显著的改善作用,值得临床推广。
Application Value Analysis of Diversified Health Education for Advanced Cancer Patients
Objective To explore effect of diversified health education for advanced cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 80 advanced cancer patients in Nanyang Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2023 to March 2023,and divided into control group and observation group with random number table method,treated with routine nursing and diversified health education respectively.Self perceived burden,life quality,and psychological state was observed.Results Self perceived burden and psychological state scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05),life quality of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can significantly improve life quality of advanced cancer patients,with significant improvement effect on anxiety,depression,negative emotions and self perceived burden,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
