摘要

以医院的医疗资源为支撑,建立线上+线下一体化服务体系,衔接患者、医院与服务的各个环节,通过搭建线上医疗团队、处方流转平台、智能就医服务平台、智慧家庭病房,使医疗资源从线下延伸到线上,全周期服务患者,提升就医体验与服务效率.

Abstract

With support of hospital medical resources,an integrated online and offline service system is established to connect patients,hospitals,and various links of service.By building an online medical team,prescription circulation platform,intelligent medical service platform,and smart home ward,medical resources are extended from offline to online,to provide full cycle service to patients,improve medical experience and service efficiency.
